Our talented chefs are always happy to create bespoke menus tailored to our clients’ vision. For one recent summer reception in the serene surroundings of Stirling Square Garden, our chefs created a picnic-style spread showcasing exceptional ingredients from some of our favourite artisan suppliers.
The menu featured dishes including:
-Rare roast H.G. Walter beef with chimichurri
-Antipasti selection from Belazu of Greenford
-Gin-cured trout from H. Forman & Son with dill, pickled cucumber and buttermilk blinis
-Our famous Scotch eggs with nduja from Cobble Lane Cured
-Watermelon, cucumber, plant-based feta and fresh mint salad
