"I would like to take this opportunity to send you and your colleagues at PPH our thanks for your wonderful support for our event that we had at PPH this week. I am exhausted, but so very happy! From the very start of our conversations, you have been so attentive, helpful, and accommodating with our needs and this was continued throughout the whole of our interactions. On the day, we were greeted so warmly by reception, and quickly introduced to Hannah who was equally attentive and so very kind. Thank you to Paul for his speech about the sustainability efforts and rational behind the menu choices. This was again warmly received by our guests and added great value and insight. My biggest thanks must be shared with Inigo. He is by far the greatest asset, and I now consider a friend who I will look forward to seeing when we return to PPH this March. He demonstrated skills with every consideration, effort, and excellence in everything he did, and this contributed to the overall success of our event. I know that I couldn’t have managed without his acuity and calming presence. Our delegation were mainly international guests, as well as highly esteemed UK academics and colleagues from Westminster. They have expressed how impressive the building and facility is, with excellent catering provision and the attentiveness of staff. The venue is a favourite of mine and I am always happy to share my recommendations with colleagues at Warwick with every confidence"
