I am so grateful to you and Alvaro for supporting the planning of the event and on the day delivery – nothing seemed too difficult and we appreciated you accommodating changes and providing advice as we got nearer the event. Everything went so smoothly, catering arrived on time and was very good, and there were no hiccups with tech (an added bonus considering we had a slightly complicated set up). "I would like to take the opportunity to say thanks on behalf of EPSRC for hosting us for our meeting last week. Although we have used Prince Phillip House previously for EPSRC events, it was new to me. I think it is an excellent facility that I would recommend. My colleagues were very impressed by some of the recent upgrades. Can I start my thanks with the staff. You personally have been very helpful from our first communication. This carried on during the day, not just Alejandro, but the whole team including catering staff, reception, they were all so flexible, friendly and showed ownership of any issues we raised. Can I say that the facility was clean and worked well with both the anti-room for food and drink and also the additional space for self-serve cloakroom which really made the space more viable. The food and drink were of good quality and well labelled. We were very impressed both by the quality of the AV and the professional support on the day. Overall, thanks very much and we would be very pleased to return with future events. We are always keen to ensure that we are as effective as possible at our events, so feel free to share any feedback with us also."

"The event was very successful and our CEO who attended really liked the venue, food, presentations etc, so that was nice to hear. We don't have any negatives about the event, working with Nima was great and he was on point with all of the AV equipment, and quick to get the MP4 files back to us. We had feedback from the rest of the team who also liked the event, especially the layout of the chairs and having multiple screens for those sitting closer to the back of the room. Thank you for all of your help both pre and post event, we do appreciate it."

The space works very well for events of this size and I'm pleased we were able to fill the room. The AV side went well - especially the zoom call, that was very smooth. The Michael Bishop Room worked really well as a meeting space. Food in the evening was great and really well set out. The catering team were accommodating and worked hard on the bar.
